Before participating in Kirsty’s mindfulness program I was stressed out in my job, found it hard to wind down after work and was sleeping around 4-5 hours a night. After implementing the relaxation exercises and journaling techniques covered in the program I saw, along with my girlfriend, a dramatic positive change.
