THE MINDFUL MONTH gives you access to actionable and easy to implement tools within a private facebook group.

Helping you reduce your stress and become more grounded and conscious in your daily life.

EACH MONTH

 

You will receive

11 journal prompts  

Weekly mindful guidance from Kirsty 

A stress reduction 5 min video workshop and exercise

A weekly 20 min guided meditation with Kirsty 

All within a private facebook group.

Allowing you to access the tools, recordings and medi's at any time that suits you.

The mindful month is a 4 week membership cycle.

 

Weekly meditations are held live within the facebook group every Wednesday at 6:40am (Sydney time)

 

If you can't catch it live the replay stays in the group for you to use anytime.
