Participants will learn how to focus awareness in the present moment with full awareness of their thoughts, feelings, actions. Helping them to respond rather than react to the environment around them.
Workplace mindfulness sessions are 30 mins and held weekly over a 4, 6 or 8 week period. They can be held in house or virtual.
