ABOUT KIRSTY

In 2014 my youngest daughter was gifted with a bone marrow transplant after a relapse with Leukaemia at age 4. As a parent to have your child go through cancer is soul destroying. To have it happen twice is indescribable. 

Ava's relapse bought a major realisation to me. That was until that moment I had lived a lot of my life in autopilot. Going through the motions, not really present much of the time. A total slave to my thoughts and emotions without realising it. Now, here we were and every moment was a gift I didn't want to waste. My energy and time a precious resource. 

We began practicing meditation daily as a way to holistically support Ava during treatment and lower our stress as a family.

It changed our lives more than we could have ever imagined.

Meditation and becoming more mindful, supported my family to stay connected and grounded in our now. To feel and understand the emotions this journey bought us, yet not be controlled by them. An anchor throughout endless rounds of treatment and surgeries. And it further supported me to understand and heal my ptsd anxiety after months in a bubble of isolation. Healing us all mentally and emotionally as Ava became physically well again. It made me realise just how important mental health was to wellbeing and building resilience to life's challenges.

Today my family is vibrantly healthy, happy, strong and thriving.

And still meditating strong.

Embracing a more mindful way of being changed my life at what was the lowest, most stressful time I have ever experienced.

But you don't need a cancer diagnosis to be living in a state of constant stress and overwhelm.

Today I help people all over the world rise out of the stress and overwhelm using mindful strategies.

Mindfulness stops you from being controlled by your thoughts and emotions in even the most turbulent storms of life. It helps you to choose and shift how you relate to your experiences. Creating space for less stress and more joy. 

I help  you move out of autopilot and into presence. 

So you can THRIVE no matter what life throws at you.
